Interested in independent film?

The New York International Independent Film and Video Festival is great fun. I am giving away FREE tickets to two events to the first lucky few who respond. Tickets are for The Opening Night Gala on Sept 18th and/or the screening of my film, Ne Plu Pikniko on the 23rd.The Catch? Ticket-takers must carry with them a postcard about my film while at the festival. I am unable to attend and would like to see that a few film fanatics can use the free tickets I was given.Ne Plu Pikniko is the surrealistic odyssey of an alienated temporary worker tormented by mythological mayhem and existential enigmas as she descends into the Corporate Inferno of San Francisco's Financial District. In black and white and Esperanto, this gritty underground-looking film has been called "redolent of Euripides" ( S.F. Poetry Film Review) and "like Woody Allen interpreting Sartre" (Rutgers Mixed Media Festival).
Interested would-be festival-goers should respond with an email that includes events desired and a mailing address to joanbechtel1@comcast.net and mention you heard about this on Curbsidebooty.com ~ Curby
